We simply could not run our wonderful event without the dedication of our Stewards and Volunteers. On this page you will find all useful information relating to your role as a Steward for the event.

If you have not volunteered yet as a steward, but think you would like to, please drop us an email – we’re a really friendly bunch and love to greet new helpers with our usual Hopetoun bacon roll and introduction to the team!

TO ALL STEWARDS – May 2025
Stewards will be contacted in the week of the event regarding allocated Stewards Roles for the competition.
We will also send some general information out to all Stewards at this time. This information will also be posted on our Website under the “Stewards Portal” section.
If anyone has any questions or concerns in the meantime please do get in touch!
If you are able to come and steward at the event for the Marathon on Saturday 24th May, please do get in touch as we’d love to have you!
